Dearborn resident immigrated to the United States from Lebanon in 2007 to pursue the American Dream. Coming with fresh eyes, Hachem looked at the Dearborn community as a strong and influential collective of immigrants, but a place that was missing a platform for youth to receive adequate mentorship. In 2009, he launched the Youth Leadership Club which has grown into one of the most influential youth groups in the area since then. Prior to founding Educare, Hachem worked for Henry Ford College and Wayne State University. After graduating from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry & Chemical Biology, Hachem started a business he called, “Educare Student Services” aiming to help students achieve a better and more successful academic experience.
